Lost my Crystaline Aura

First the game crashed, when I tried to restart it I got the error code “create32”.
Afterwards I restarded steam, now the game works but I don’t have any Crystaline Aura anymore.
I had a 1 month aura as a founder and I also got couple more days through the cash shop bug.
Is it possible that you wanted to remove the extra days I got through the cash shop bug and accidentally removed all of it or is it just a different kind of bug?

Edit: Had to reinstall the game to fix the “create32” error. Crystaline Aura came back after a while.
