Hi, I was finishing a dungeon with friends when the game disconnected me out of nowhere. When I logged back in, in the server selection screen I can still see the “crystalline benefit applied” icon in the upper right corner, but when I enter the game Im locked out of every crystalline benefit as if I didn’t have the aura.
Bought the silver pack in steam and have been playing since tuesday. I already informed of my situation via amazon support chat but had to do it in english since spanish support wasnt online to help me.
I want to know how will I know when it gets fixed since I didnt get a ticket number or anything in the support chat.
Thanks in advance! it’s a great game, this problems are to be expected, but I hope I get at least the day I lost as compensation (without losing the other 27 days I had left + the compensation 3 that were gifted on friday)

Same issue here, after the servers came back on I lost My aura, all of my product inventory had like 7 un opened items… all of my blue crystal (about 1700) and all of my red&white premium crystal also, (about 7000) I got plat founders pack, mine shows same benefit at server selection screen then nothing once on a server…

First of all I want to welcome you guys to the Lost Ark Forums!
Second, I want to apologize for this inconvenience with the Crystal Aura and the entitlements missing at this moment I can totally guarantee you that our devs team are working non stop to solve the situation as soon as possible but I will still add you individual cases to the escalation we are doing about this.
At this moment I can not confirm or deny any kind of compensation for the situation but you guys can rest assure that you will get what you lost back.

And me too. Missing the 30 days from plat founder package and the 3 days extra also with the 30 days i bought… anoying as hell… sure it will come back, but i need to access my pet inventory now. not later. -.- fix it. like yesterday!
I lost mine yesterday too, applied the 3 days I had in inventory, but i hope that I get back the remaining days…
