Lost Oreha Hard Dungeon entry after game failed to load in due to in game tech issues and GOT foobed off by support

Basically, logged onto alt to do the both dungeons of Oreha’s Well hard. We started the entry and got into loading screen after which the game failed to load in. Timer went to 0 and i was returned to Feiton.
Tried entry again and my entry count was exceeded. After seeing well over 50 posts for various different dungeon and legion related gate entry losses, instead of a forum post decided to do what the CMs replied to every other forum post and go direct to support to resolve.
Support told me, its a publisher issue and i “may” receive some comepensation. Nothing related to entry ticket being lost.
Then the support tells me to verify my files and update my game when i told them i am currently up to date and ion game on the very character i had the issue on.
Any CMs able to tell me why this is the BS we getting please??

Happened with me to but I can’t be bothered as it was my 1415+ char.

i mean the first response from support was did you report this in forums, and all the CMs in forum say is contact support. They think its ping pong or some bull.

They need to fix Oreha’s entry bug, it exists in game for so long now and waste so much time every week.
Also that bullshit cursor bug is still in game now for solid 6 weeks.

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on what seems like a disconnect when entering a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.

We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to reissue it manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

In regards to your chat contact, I am sorry for the negative experience encountered during this interaction. I can assure you this contact has been escalated in order to guarantee the correct information continues to be the focus of all of AGS’ communications.

i was the only one loaded in to the dungeon. If my own internet was at fault i would be the first to put my hand up. The loading screen showed my lopading as normal and it even showed a number for me being 1/1. after fully loading the bar and being sat there till end of countdown,
If my loading in was the issue then the loading bar at bottom of screen would not be full it would be none or partway and the countdown would end. Is the bar at the bottom of loading screen there as an indication for loading or not loading?
Not only that as you can see from the support ticket “… as this is already a known issue …” then goes on about trouble shooting how can this be attributed to being the fault of the player???
Yes the support contact was negative and the generic answer and reasoning provided here is also a negative.
Not only that but the other 3 people in the group got tickets in the mail and re-entered. So how this can be one person’s fault i do not understand.

I am sorry to hear the system did not automatically reissue the entry. If that was the case, sadly, it did not deem your disconnection as caused by a verified server crash or outage and that means no form of re-entry ticket will be issued.

Disconnections that are not caused by a verified server crash or outage are not in any way a “known issue” except for the fact they are something that can sporadically happen with any online based game. As far as troubleshooting connection, that is merely a basic procedure when connection issues show up, not an acknowledgement of your disconnection having been caused on our end. Yes i understand this and i would have been happy had it not been for the fact that the other 3 people get their re-entry instantly and being nice enough guys they waitied and re-invited everyone to group again.
I was the only one gated as they received their ticket again in mail. So how is mine not classed as the same as theirs is what i fail to understand. This response does not verify that for me at all. Again its a “tough luck” we can’t do anything for you and its one rule for one and another for others.

The automatic system determines which are verified crashes or outages and will only provide re-entries based on those specific scenarios.
