Lost Power And Lost My Entry On Valtan HD

the boss has like 3 life bar oh phase 1 when i lost power at house… re joined and the group already finished P1 of valtan hard tried to go next floor and didnt let me so everybody when out and then the game say my entry already count.

A key point I wish to highlight and is very important in this case:

1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
