I didn’t claim my previous log-in rewards as I thought they carry over. I feel really disapointed that I can’t get the mount anymore (even though I achieved the log in milestones).
Would it possible to still get these rewards by any chance?

Don’t want to be “that guy” but, it has always worked like this. Once Login Event ends, it’s gone. It has been like that since forever.
I guess only a dev could help you on that, maybe. But I doubt it D:

I was too looking for previous Login Event Rewards, which I didnt picked yet because of space/selecting problems. But I only see the recent ones.
I remember that I checked some days ago if I find ANY signs that these rewards could be time limited (like rewards sent by mail). But nothing found/seen, so I expected it like the “obtainable items”, without any time limits. And I saw that there would be enough space at the “Login Event” window for more roosters of “Login Events” so I didnt worry at all.
So… should I be worried?
Edit: there is right now a “small patch” announced, my hope lives =)
There is always a time of event being displayed in the Rewards window. This one said it would end on March 10th.
In other regions, the rewards event always disappears once the event ends, so… it’s probably gone. But maybe they’ll do something about it. Let’s hope

To answer the main question, yes, the rewards are time limited, if you click on the Login rewards icon you can see that it says that the current event period is from 3/10 to 4/14, this means that if you didn’t claim the ones from the previous event you lost them, if you did claim them they should be in your mail for you to add to your inventory, you normally have 29 days to do that.

Sadly this information is not really clearly stated in the game. Why shouldnt be there a small sentence: “These rewards can ONLY collected in the given time frame”?
As I wrote, in most all cases LA is very very generous to “lazy” players. Like sent Unas Marks when not collected.
(Or in ‘bad’ words: could it be that these “Event Rewards” and it’s decrisption is in the hands of AGS and not Smilegate?)

The exact same thing happened to me - i didnt want to claim them all because i didnt know what class would be my main and some of them were bound and not bound to roster. @aePixie There isnt a warning or anything stating that they MUST be claimed before a specific date - how can this be fixed for those that didnt claim the rewards during that log in event?
I also lost many unclaimed rewards including the mount. Although there is a date range at the top of the window it was absolutely not clear at all that you would lose the previous range rewards, especially since I saw several screenshots that had tabs like this one I thought I would be able to claim them at any date.
I am confused as to why you would not just automatically transfer everything into the main characters storage instead of deleting it entirely? Seems like a simple thing to fix, but it is what it is.
I missed out on it too. I thought when it said it ends 3/10, it meant I had until tonight to redeem it all. Felt like it ended 3/9.
Same thing happened to me. I’m really disappointed. The login rewards say on them that they were going until March 10th, and I assumed I would be able to claim them until today, March 10th. That turned out to not be true when the update today removed them. It’s badly communicated.
Even the current one says March 10th to April 14th, but to be safe, you should claim everything by April 13th.
Why are they done so tightly? And if the event is going to end, why not automatically mail players the rewards they got but didn’t claim?
It just feels really lazily implemented. I hope future updates make this better.
When this many people encounter the same problem, maybe the issue is not the customers.
@Roxx can amazon/smilegate look into this. While I am sure the % of player base this issue impacts is small the bigger issue is transparency of rewards and when to claim. As mentioned in this article, the log in events doesn’t say anything about there being a limited amount of time to claim them before they will be removed. In addition it clearly stated from the log in event went through 3/10.
Please at least review/take a look at this issue for us. Thank you.
Start and end period doesnt mean you have to click, it means you have to LOG to get, the name of event is (LOGIN EVENT) a lot ppl like me think that was kind a inventory and my item was safe there… I didnt saw no warnings to get or will delete… THE NAME OF EVENT IS “LOGIN EVENT” If I logged, I win…simple like that… You cant delete our itens wihout a warning… this event wasnt CLICK EVENT OR CLAIM EVENT… And today is still 3/10… so a lot of mistakes.
I was deciding what char to claim all items, and I decide nothing, I just logged, I LOOSE ALL THAT ITENS, but I logged every single day, that is fair? What kind advantage I would have doing that? why you guys or a game mechanic didnt sent itens to my email box?
All that itens was mine, because i did all the tasks to get then, if I not click to claim, was because i though that was a kind a inventory, like twich drops one… but the game deleted my itens, and thats all… i dont think is fair
I also lost a few rewards; I left some unclaimed because I was not sure what character would need them and I have already been caught a few times by things being character bound (crafted potions WTF?).
This happened to me too, as I thought unclaimed items would just be mailed to us, I am really disappointed that in a modern MMO there isn’t clearer communication that the rewards would be lost if not claimed. The time stated at the top, I just thought was the time the event was running for.
I am still hopeful that with future updates these items won’t be lost to us permanently.
This is absolute fucking bullshit. What kind of game doesn’t have any warning that the award is no is longer claimable after an event date? I logged in and played the game daily to get the items but because I didn’t claim them, I’m punished. What the fuck Smilegate and Amazon.
I regret putting any money in to this or any of these studios games.
