I got in a party with 3 other people to run this dungeon. The party was full and it started to load. The screen showed waiting for others to be active 1/4 and went through the whole timer. It loaded only me into the dungeon and then kicked me back into Punika. This was on my paladin Sturmsilverblade. I looked to run it again and it showed that I lost a dungeon run and I didn’t even run it. I did not receive an email to refund my run and now I am out the gold for the week.

Sorry to hear you lost your entry to the Oreha’s Well dungeon.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
