Hello did not have this issue until like earlier this week. I keep getting connection errors and my game exits. This has been happening every time I am in a chaos dungeon and guardian raids. Honestly disconnecting here and there is understandable but it has been happening back to back especially when I am using Aura of Resonance for chaos dungeons so I literally do not get any rewards cause by the time I get back on the dungeon is over. Guardian raid I disconnect mid fight always and if I do make it back by the time the boss dies I do not get any rewards + get penalized. My driver is updated, I reinstalled the game and verified the integrity multiple times. what the hell is going on. Have not been able to enjoy the game these past few days and I have been getting more triggered than I am having fun.
Another update, was about to join the shadow ghost ship run when the game crashes yet again. When I relog the event is already over… what the hell man.
Im so sick of this. I just killed a guardian raid boss and I disconnected. As soon as I get back on I am back in town. This is like the 4th day in a row…
This happened to me today too on the Una server twice while I was doing a chaos gate. I was disconnected less than a minute before the gate spawned, relaunched the game, entered the chaos gate, then 30 seconds later was kicked again. When I relaunched the second time, the chaos gate was over and I did not receive any rewards even though it counted as if I had done it and I cannot do it again for the day. 
same i dc every 20 mins if even that and the ping at 400
I honestly hope the issue gets fixed for you. It’s literally such a waste of time and effort to be getting on and not gaining any rewards
forreal, nothing wrong with my internet connection either and it still disconnects. Hope yours gets fixed ASAP
Thank you! Since the newest update I have not lost connection knock on wood so I’m back to happily enjoying the game.
