I walked through the Dungeon Oreha Proveza today. After 20mins fighting i got a disconect because of server error. Sometimes this happens many times a day, but my network is stable.
Back in the game the boss was dead and i could see the chest, but i didnt get rewards and i couldnt open the chest. So i did a screenshot and talked to amazon support. He said he cant give me compensation or anything, its not possible atm. Well, im not ok with this. Now i have to wait 6 more days to do the dungeon again and then? Maybe it happens again and i get no rewards. So thats not really a solution for me. Anyone else problems like this? I hope im not the only one.

I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
So if this happen to you again in the future you can expect to receive a re-entry for the dungeon in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage.
