Game crashed immediatly after felling Velganos. Lost daily soul AND rest bonus soul. Could not reconnect. Any way to be reimbursed and get my loot? This is at least 600 g down the drain. Please make sure, that players are rewarded their loot despite the game crashing, or at least allow reconnect to guardian instance, so I can collect it myself.
