Sooo where are my rewards?

Just to confirm, when you finished Valtan there were no rewards to claim? Can you provide more details on the situation just to understand better the issue and be able to help you properly. Thank you in advance for your help.

In my Situation i crashed right on the Kill and when i logged back in i couldnt buy the chest and didnt get rewards. Support said i ll get back my ID but i didnt. Its 2 weeks ago allready so i dont care anymore.

In this case since you got disconnected you lost the rewards, I understand how frustrating this is, unfortunetly, once you get disconnected you are not able to claim them even if you get the entrance back. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Same thing for me as well
Two weeks in a row now the game disconnects as soon as the victory cutscene plays after beating Valtan Hard and I don’t get a chance to claim any rewards.
Talking to support has been no help- they told me to wait for an automatic system review, but I’ve never heard anything back from them.
I’m getting screwed out of so many mats and drops and the only thing I can do is pray that they may or may not fix this disconnection bug in time for next week’s raid.
I got disconnected during the Valtan gate 1 because of one hour server maintenance which happened Sunday 1:00 am EST (June 12, 2022) but they only can send me the re-entry ticket if the disconnection was done by server side.
I know I know…
So you need to feel happy that you actually played the dungeon even if you did not receive the items.

It’s happened to me on Argos and Valtan, sadly you won’t receive any compensation. Both times my internet was not the issue as I was on a discord call and never lost connection. This issue needs serious revision as tons of players lose there entry and players like myself have given up playing entirely because of this problem and the bot/login situation.
I have the same problem as @Bolverk .
If I read correctly and understand your answers you said:
1-. You know the game have this problem.
2-. You know that Valtan is probably the most important weekly content.
3-. You can't solve it.
I just don’t understand why. This problem must have a solution quickly or more people will loose their weekly content and feel this frustration, if this worlds were true:
You will do your best to solve it, not just write the same sentence in all this posts. And remember, not all of us are bots 
who don’t care about their weekly content. So please, solve it as quick as you can, or you are going to have more post like this and the discomfort of the community will increase.
