Lost Valtan reward cause the game disconnected me

Hello,

I saw that there are many posts about similar issues, but i would like to share my experiences, check for resolution and ask few questions.

  1. We were just about to complete Valtan G1 when i was disconnected and i was asked to download and update the game with 50MB update. By the time I logged on the guys have killed the boss and i was on MVP screen with the difference, i could not select the bonus chest although it was there and i did not receive any loot. Even better for some reason i was locked out for Valtan G2 as well, even though the group was not going for it. Can you please explain and resolve?
  2. Why are we capable of receiving loot in our mail from Chaos Dungeons for our saves if our inventory is full, but we cannot receive the loot for a raid we are saved?
  3. How come the game saves us for an encounter but not reward anything? Why there is the option to split a raid in different Gates(which is good) with different lock outs, but if you get disconnected for whatever reason you get saved for all Gates doesn’t matter if you’ve cleared a single one?
  4. The Legion Raids are supposed to be the best the game can offer, but there isn’t any failsafe for the players in case of game issue? Even worse, the game is punishing you for something you do not have control over. Why is that?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you were disconnected during the Raid.

I understand how frustrating can be to get disconnected in the middle of a raid and losing the rewards. Currently, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, due to this we are not able to give you the rewards. Our team is aware of this and they are working hard on solving it. I apologize for the inconvenience. If there is any update about this matter I’ll be letting you know.
