Was running Valtan with 3 Friends and 5 random people lost the Gate 2 run due to the server going down like the people above.

Also lost Entry to Valtan Raid (May 28th). When the Server crashed (Valtan). Whole group froze and got disconnected right in the very beginning of Gate 1. Now we all locked out for re-entry.

Has anyone gotten any form of response or remediation on this yet?

Issue: Crashed Valtan normal Gate 1 with no error message and locked out of weekly entry.
Checked just now, and I still haven’t received the reentry ticket
it’s either their message is just a formality that they are working on it but they hope we will forget about this (like the couple of bugs I sent - Naruna Dungeon boss loot bug/Chaos Dungeon Server crash - no reimbursement yet and I am not hoping anymore) or it takes more than 24 hours to 48 hours to resolve this
Hopefully the latter is cause this is Valtan, the raid they are really marketing right now and this is a big loss in progress which really made me lose “some” interest to continue playing the game… let’s see how it goes
It’s been close to 72 hours since the NA West service outage on Friday afternoon 5 PM May 28th, would it be possible to get an update on the re-entry ticket process for everyone impacted?
i mean if their servers weren’t such trash, we wouldn’t have this problem at all. Im losing motivation to play this game holy.
