Lost weekly abyssal Dubgeon

I was in phantom palace abyssal dungeon right when maintenance was about to start and didn’t finish it and got kicked out because of maintenance. It was on my alt and now it says I used my weekly entry when I never completed for the reward

Same here, I was doing a Tier 2 Abyssal dungeon. “Sea of Indolence” . The maintenance disconnected us mid Dungeon and I lost my weekly entry count.

Amazon support has clearly said all players who lost Abyss entrances can go cry in a corner. You will just have to wait until next week and pray they actually fix this bug. Theres a couple massive threads about it.
