I Lost my attempt on the weekly abyssal dungeon level Sea of Insolence, because of the server laggs i searched for a party in matchmaking, loaded in and got thrown out immediately. Apparently it got counted as a leaver and i lost my weekly try on it which is very undeserved and frustrating.

Same issues yesterday, when I enter the first map, it was kicked me out from the map ,and it said entry exceeded!

At this time, we are not able to re-grant the ability to participate in weekly activities. You will be able to participate again after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC.

it seems if you are the person that dc’ed then you are out of luck and if you are in a group with a dc’er then you’ll get a ticket to reenter
So basically there is no compensation and we’re supposed to wait for the reset and just attempt it then? even though this problem occurred because of the servers, especially in EU central?
yea atm anyone that dc’s / gets thrown out not of their accord gets shafted

the problem is that even with the new week coming you could be locked again, it has already happened to some people as you can read on the forum, and this is very serious because the abyssal dungeons are the most important part of the game and are available only once a week, a problem of this kind creates a huge damage to the progress of the character.
We also know that some people have received a ticket to reset the weekly entry, so the solution exists only that you can not apply it automatically to everyone.
If you would like to personally help me and other players in this topic or direct our request for a reset ticket to the right person who can do it, please help us!
Even if we get the ticket now with the new week coming, being able to enter twice instead of once at least allows us to recover some of the damage we received.
