Lost ark has crashed 4 times today upon entering Aira’s Oculus. It seems to be happening on the first weekly entry of every character. On this 4th entry though, the game crashed and after logging back in, I received a system message “Exiting dungeon shortly.(Left Party)”. Now I’m no longer able to enter Aira’s Oculus and did not claim the gold reward.
I contacted support and was told that the devs were aware of this issue and to post in this forum. So here I am.

Yes same thing happened to me and pissed me off… Not really fun especially when you’re trying to get a better gear and equipments.

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during Aira’s Oculus, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
