I have 200+ FPS everywhere else in game at all times EXCEPT when on the open seas/sailing. Out sailing my FPS tanks to 30-40 and GPU utilization goes down to almost non existent.
I just recently got a new computer 13900k, 4080, 32gb of RAM.
Old PC with 9900k, 2080ti and 16gb of RAM had no issues on the open seas/sailing.
I have tinkered with every setting I can think of and cannot seem to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I’m sorry you’re getting this error on Lost Ark with the FPS, I know how frustrating this can be, let’s try fix this quick; If you haven’t try any of these troubleshooting steps when you have a chance please try them just to discard some other factors that might be interfering with your connection:
Verify the integrity of the game files, steps to do it will be on this link .

After that please close steam and re-open it as admin and launch the game.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
