I was looking for how to submit a ticket, but can’t find it.
Long story short, I wanted to buy two Character Slots. I, for some stupid reason, read Character Customization as Character Extension and bought two of the wrong thing. I haven’t used the customization tickets.
Is it possible to get some assistance with getting the right item though? Completely my mistake. I should have slowed down and read better.

Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam Wallet. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
I will share with you a link to where you can make tickets in the future, but as I said, even if you make a ticket or contact live support it will have the same result in this case.
There you can choose to create a web ticket or use the Live chat option!
