Main character “cannot connect to game”

Character: Goldenguard

Was doing an awakening quest, went to talk to a goblin NPC and then the game disconnected. Tried to log back in on my main Goldenguard, and got a pop up saying cannot connect to game.

Would appreciate some assistance.

I’m so sorry you’re having issues launching Lost Ark.

Unfortunately this is a known issue with the main characters in Maris server and the DEV’s team is working on it as we speak. Meanwhile, kindly follow this workaround from this post please:
