Main Quest: Talking to NPC, last dialogue gets automatically passed through

For example, when I meet up with Krause at Artenine for the 2nd time and we fight the chaos enemies that spawns in, afterwards when I talk to him, the last dialogue gets automatically passed through before I could finish reading what he has to say.

Seems to happen when after talking with the NPC and it goes to a cutscene. Or when I am at a main quest instance and I talk to an NPC.

I like to read the story for my 1st time, and it kind of sucks that the last dialogue that the person says gets automatically fast forwards through.
