Main Story Quest Bugged

I lost my main quest after Galatur went down, I was joining a group for the Lastra Forest when the servers went down. Upon logging in I have no main quest and if I look at the guide in the quest journal, under Progression Available there are no quests. Empoweredrival is the character name on Galatur
