Hello,
I was questing in Punika, doing the main story quests (light blue quests). My game crashed and when I loaded back in, my quest was gone. I don’t see anywhere to repick it up or start it again. Please help, I cannot continue the story! 
My character is Qyiet on Avesta server.

I’m sorry for the situation encountered with your quest, could you take a look on your quest journal and tell me if you can see the quest as completed? 
, I’m going to show you an example below:
Press the letter “J” on your keyboard
Then the option "Completed"

This is what it shows. I do not have the quest in my quest log. When I go out to the sea, I see the blue quest marker showing on the overworld map, but nothing is there when I enter the zones. Nothing in the zone and nothing in my quest log.
Okay it is back now! Not sure if you fixed it or it happened automatically, but thank you for the prompt response. I appreciate it!
