The fact that no one on their end has addressed this on forums for hours proves they could care less about us. It’s kinda crazy that they’re just kinda sweeping all of us under the rug and not giving a single shit.
I just want some sort of ETA on this… It has been 2 days since this has started and there has been no updates what so ever. I cannot progress with my main nor can i even play on my alt. What is going on… Updates please.
well it didn’t happen to any big streamer so they don’t give a crab about the small guys
some streamer have the problem, they fixed it, just not for all of us.

If an agent gives you a weird answer like directing you here or telling you to submit a report in-game. That person is wrong and giving you the wrong answer. Human error happens. I am asking support to check with all their agents to make sure they all understand how to receive your tickets.
The team is 100% working through them however, they could only make progress when the servers are live. So today’s downtime really held us back from resolving this for you.
You won’t lose those things, we are able to fix your account but it does require your help by submitting a ticket.

Are we able to just make a transfer for these characters? I want to just start fresh on a completely new server and just forget about Galatur in general
I submitted 3 already. But should I do another, since you was able to talk to your support on how to handle them?
Do I have to re-submit a ticket if I did it yesterday?
Do we need to be Log in the game? Sound like they have to fix all the account one by one and thats why it take times. If its the case we need to know if theres is more we can do beside making a ticket. Can we have a idea of how long it would take to get everyone quest fixes. Thanks you for the update.

We do not have character transfer functionality, or many things would be done differently.
You do not need to be logged in, however we did need servers to be live, which they now are.
You do not need to resubmit tickets if you already have one sent in.

Good, then you will be at the top of the list to get resolved now that servers are live again.
