Alsoā¦ class balance patch korea got over a month agoā¦ pretty critical for artillerist and some Arcana to know when this is coming (most assumed before clown)

do they realise that for people in europe this update has taken almost a whole day of playtime?like with what they said the servers are gonna be up around 9:00 pm in my country

its not about surviving its the day of the reset ,a day that many people have scheduled to do raids and alot of weekly stuff because maybe its their day off from workā¦so when they take away that day it sucks
AGS has yet again put the blame on communication 
Shifting Maintenance from Thursday to Wednesday and still having the same problem.
Come on man AGS/SM you guys can do better
Will be no compensations at all since AGS has kindly taken their time and resource to let us experience Lost Ark so we always should be thankful no matter what
Also jokes aside, there are thousands of white knights defending AGS so they might as well feel āentitledā to not compensate for anything
Yea well, then do it a day later or next possible moment.
Also, keep in mind, AGS is the publisher, they are dependend on SG and bugfixing in IT, especially for a project like LA, is a complex mess.
You seem to have taken a very small part of what iāve said out of context - I was clearly referring to not hearing anything after the maintenance had gone over by nearly an hour. AGS then gave an update about 20 minutes after. Itās not about āsurviving playing for more than four hoursā - itās about being able to plan around the servers coming back up.
Server reset is quite a packed day for those of us who want to get the weekly content done. If we have a good idea of how much longer the servers will be down for, then we can plan accordingly - do some boring IRL stuff and get it out of the way etc.

You need to imagine that people has their time to play and it isnt night in europe. They really screw this up.
Better saying nothing than making wrong promisses. If they donāt know by themselves, what should they say? They already said everything important, none of that was hard to understand.
If you canāt do your stuff, just move it. Problem solved. And again, if you move it to another date, you will survive, time flies.

I donāt know if people just donāt understand the difference between publisher and developer, or they donāt want to understand as they cannot directly communicate to SG how upset they are.
I understand that they havent this game on their own but they lack of good communication with us.
They have been communicating tho.
I donāt understand what people want more in terms of communication. Like honestly, not in a judgmental way 
If they donāt know when the servers will come back upā¦ they should say they donāt know when the server will come back up. Just be transparent. Other companies do this all the time, they just donāt say it that specifically. Theyāll say something like āWe have encountered an issue with X,Y,Z bad thing - we donāt have a restoration time, but we will keep you posted when we know moreā. Thatās all we want =)
Again, I feel like I should re-emphasize - I donāt care about the downtime, these things happen all the time - it was the gray area whereby we didnāt know what was going on.
They gave accurate informations so far.
my only issue is if they were actually implementing the patch and had delays its w.e. But they delayed the actual patch and this is a standard maintā¦ what happened? Very rare for a standard server reset with 0 build implementation to take this long
Imagine people who work on night shift now. In thw eu region they will skip a whole daily
