I make this post to remind those responsible of the major problems of our version (some present since launch)

1 month of DCs without a fix. The “we are aware of” every patch starts to get frustrating, after 1 month a fix still hasn’t been made. Such a thing shouldn’t be tolerated.
MASSIVE bots I don’t pretend to reduce them to 0, it’s as impossible as eliminating all cheaters completely. But I’ve never seen any game where there are more bots than real players.
Anti-cheat systems fail to control bots and banwaves are useless.
Players not listened by AGS/SG Our feedbeck is not listened to and the same thing is happening in korea.
Survey, forum feedback, etc. They exist to give the false belief that we are being heard.
I’ve never seen any signs that our feedback is being listened to (CM’s messages in response to feebecks don’t count, we want concrete stuff)
Censorship (Shadowhunter and Artist Skin) Nobody asked/wanted for this. Work and money should be concentrated on other problems.
Communications After yesterday’s 2023 roadmap the CMs are gone, no activity. I understand that you do not answer in order not to throw fuel on the fire and you want to keep each other apart until the situation calms down. But behaving like this does more harm than good. EDIT: They are on vacation nevermind
you do realize they not gonna answer you until holiday break is over?
they might say something between the 2 but unlikely
they said they wanted the roadmap out before , and they did, now they are on break like almost every1 else
everything else is a know fact for months now even if you make a thread every day
could be, i would do the same too, nobody likes being bringer of bad news but some1 have to do it, and no point arguing with the angry mob when something was already planned by maybe not even them, we know very little of whats actually going on between the 2 company

EAC worst decision they made… Wich doasnt help at all just for us player is performance worst. I wanna cry when I see how smooth game runs in other regions.
step 1 - Drop the bomb about news that people won’t be happy about
step 2 - wait two days
step 3 - say happy holidays and run away
step 4 - hope that people forget while you keep to ignore the issue
I wonder how much of this is SG doing, remember Amazon have limited say in what goes in the game, it is ultimately SG’s final decision.

Also what in the world is a CM going to do about this? They are not the decision makers nor can they force SG to do things. They are the bottom of the food chain with no power. No offense.
I think you are very young and naive. Let me educate you on business. They are not ghosting anyone, they are ghosted themselves with all the cuts to customer support, CMs, marketing, youtube personality and lately technical server staff. The game is on maintenance mode and there are barely people working on it.
