Today while trying to buy the new summer skins for couple of my alts. I realize there are some major bug/ changes to my characters preset. They randomly change the skin colors/ eyebrows… Check All of your characters to see if any one of yours also got change. So far I have got 4 out of my 11 that got altered. My white berseker now have a white face with black body, my shadow hunter got her eyebrow change to white, my arti got his eyes change to yellow…
CHECK ALL YOUR CHARACTERS FOR SAFETY GUYS. THIS IS A HUGE BUG. As you can see i have 12 Alts, I’m not about to buy 12 customization change for a bug like this…
i do that as well all time but nothing happens. so i would assume that it’s not happening to everybody. my bf keeps doing that constantly too and he didn’t run into that bug either.
In the July major update, they fixed a bug where eyebrow color for certain faces couldnt be changed. Some people set their eyebrow to a weird color without knowing until the patch finally showed it to them
They not only change the eyebrow color for my character doe. As you can see, my berseker got his whole body color change. He used to be a white guy. Now he is a white guy with a black body. And his beard got change to yellow
Oh wow that’s very strange! Can you please let me know what server you’re in and your character names? I’ll send this information up to the game devs ASAP.
My apologies, it has to be documented here because we send the thread up as well to the game devs. If you don’t want to list them all that’s okay. You can just give one or even just giving me your server was enough! No worries!

Yea thank you so much for quick reply! I hope everyone who see this post can check their characters for the Bug and also see how fast you response. Thank yoouuu, I was about to have a heart attack looking at all my characters just got messed up
