Alaric is way more than 20 seconds. I stopped doing it regularly because of people not skipping scenes and the general difficulty making it a near waste of time for 100g.
So don’t ever skip a side quest, not single one on single alt. Or skip continent with powerpass or knowledge transfer, ever.
Because ‘every single time’ as you say, game puts those in front of you for every alt you make. Every single time. So closely by your logic, devs ‘intended’ for you to do every continent and side quest manually instead of use the tool they gave as option to skip…just like the skip option for cutscenes.
If devs intended for scenes to be watched every single time, why even have a skip option? But regardless of that, I’d like to know if you are a hypocrite or are claiming to have done every single continent and side quest on every single char manually. Zero skips or content right?
Imagine doing a dungeon, waiting for all the cutscenes like a dogo only to find out those people have no clue what they are doing. Thats woot i would call a very bad day in lost ark, lmao.

People who do not skip cutscenes are psychopaths. I could care less if you are a skipper or non skipper just know non skippers be out here with bodies in their basements. I will say it everytime someone does not skip and then go on with my life.
They’re unskippable for first timers… seems many dopes aren’t aware of that.

Yes there is a memory chamber, but for first play throughs it kind of breaks immersion to watch a cut scene afterwards.

Sure. Force everyone to like what you like, but why stop there? Let’s make a spreadsheet where you can list foods of your choice for each day in week and some supreme power forces everyone to eat those as well. Or wear what you wear. Because the world is running around you.
Attitude problem is joining a 8 person content and crying when other 7 don’t agree with what you want to do. And this is not even a remotely immersive game, it’s not like people are skipping cutscenes from Bloodborne or something. Literally all of them are trash imo. If i go on a dungeon run with a character, it’s usually 5 dungeons in a row. I don’t even know how many cutscenes are there (but pretty sure way more than too much), and i won’t be sitting 20 sec on each one of them just because one cutscene enjoyer snowflake feels bad if i skip.
Or throw all generic cutscenes into the “memory chamber”.
They are already unskippable. Don’t hit escape and they won’t be skipped.
On the contrary, make it show who isn’t skipping and add a keybind to votekick someone if they don’t skip a cutscene for more than 5 sec
I dont get this Anti Skip Mania. I mean, this is not a Spielberg movie dammt. It’s a monster attacking another one, or an angel fighting a demon.
A 5 years old would have written better cutscenes, even Fast and Furious have better story then the cutscenes, and yet, some people complain they can’t watch them.
Stare at the wall for 5 minutes. And u will have a better story than the cutscenes.
I dont care if someone who is matchmaking doesnt skip cutscenes or not. If you are matchmaking then you are accepting to watch the cutscenes. BUT if someone comes to my party through party finder that has a title like ‘Alt run, Fast reclear etc’ and makes me watch cutscenes that oh boy either we all quit or he wastes his weekly run by playing music I dont give a dam
Tbf though, Praetorium is like 30mins of cutscenes and 10mins of gameplay.
Just reading stuff like this make me want to watch every cutscene to its fullest.
If my impact is gonna cause you to clear the content minutes and even hours faster than you would have done normally, I’m gonna use one of those minutes I saved you and watch the cutscene.
Simple, just watch it. If someone in chat get over, report them.

ah yes, i cant wait to do my 100th run of sea abyss or 50th time argos with my static being forced to watch the cutscenes everytime
that will totally not make every hardcore player in the game quit the game lol
they should make all the cutscenes while lvling unskippable to then and remove character boosting so u have to lvl thru all of it again and again on ur alts and watch all the cutscenes again and again
they where intended to be watched anyway 
My rule of thumb is if it’s outdoor content you can do solo, then you should if you want to watch cut scenes. If its required group content then matchmaking is where you should expect cut scenes. But if you join a premade and make 7 others sit through it, you’re a dick.

my static have had 1-2 spots open some sea abyss runs and if the random we take dont skip cutscene we simply abandon the dungeon kick and take someone else. party finder ofc
not gonna have a raid that takes us 5-10 minutes double in time due to someone watching cutscene
reclear/alt run shouldnt have a newbie whos never seen it before anyway
