I would love to use the blackfang crew on my Sturmbreacher, but I can’t as she is locked to the Astray. And while I would love to just ask for all crew to be available to all ships. I think it is a lot easier to just unlock my favorite skin the WS-4 ship skin, for all ships and not just the Sturmbreacher.
