I think so too. I’ve been trying to find him all day. Switching channels, asking people. No one ever saw him.
Same here. I’ve gone to his location and waited there a number of times, never seen him or heard anyone else comment on him. Pretty sure field bosses like him are supposed to spawn every 30 minutes, so something’s off.
me and a friend have sat in the 2 channels for 45 minutes also looking for him and he hasn’t appeared either. needs to be fixed!
This appears to still be bugged as of this posting.
Camped the area for ~60 minutes, passing through while doing completion as well.
No visual or anyone confirming spawn. (Even had a friend camp a different channel)
Been waiting for about 40 minutes now and been looking around for its spawn location and nothing popping up either

Supposedly he just spawned, I didn’t see him, but they called it out.
Can we please get confirmation that this bug is being looked at? I’ve wasted hour searching for Maneth and he definitely does not exist in the game
Guess this will never get fix I have been going on the 30 mark everytime and nothing I see this working in YT videos so whats happening.
Sorry if I misunderstood your post, but he would not spawn at every hour and :30 (i.e. 01:30, 02:30, etc.), but instead the field bosses spawn 30 minutes after being killed afaik, feel free to correct me.
That being said, I’ve been channel hopping for the last hour and also haven’t seen him once.

So a little update. He does in fact spawn, but it took significantly longer than it should have. It took around 20 more minutes after I posted my previous message in this sub, so in total around an hour and 15 minutes. And that is just the time I was actually there. Whether this is intended or not, it makes for a rather frustrating experience.

No, as I’ve been waiting at his spot for more than an hour now. Super annoying, this isn’t the only boss that has this issue. 
Edit: He spawned after waiting 2 hours.

Waited 2 hrs, didn’t see him. @Roxx this has been bugged since release and apparently hasn’t received visibility yet.

Im waiting 2 and a half hours by now, switching channels and nothing, its really anoying and a big problem, they have to fix it soon.
