Many issue i need help about

Hello ;

  • When a cutscene end or is skipped during content ( like a dungeon, an instanced solo story dungeon etc ) , the B button on my controller stop working for about 5min, meaning i can’t use 2 of my 8 skill set, which is very very annoying, it can happen in solo or with people

  • When entering a name of an island or w/e in the map research section, it always give me an error, hence i can’t search anything at all on the map, so i have to use a map from a website to know where to go most of the time

  • I can’t talk in the tchat of a party finder, so i can’t talk before the party actually goes in and i can access party chat

  • Can’t search anything in una’s quest window either

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing this many problems, we don’t want anything messing with your gameplay experience and having this many issues most be really frustrating.

Can you tell me what troubleshooting steps have you try to fix this?

As a basic trouble shooting step, we can try to verify integrity of the game files to make sure this problems are not been caused by a corrupted file:

  • Restart your computer and launch steam
  • Right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game’s Library page on the far right.
  • Select properties
  • Local files
  • Steam will verify the game’s files.
