I’ve seen that pic before. At least AGS should move the Repair NPC much further AWAY from Chaos Dungeon Entry Point…
I would bet most people that are 1415+ used this tool or are simple whales. (Of course there are ftp players with 5+ alts) but well…
Nah I can give you my word that this is far from true, a lot of players with good/average luck who started day 1 got 1415 by playing no alts at this point.
F2p at 1445 is a whole different story, but still not that crazy impossible.
That defeatist mentality is the biggest issue for most people in this game. You’ll never get anywhere with “everyone’s cheating” attitude.
Are bots a big problem? Yes. Are there plenty of RMT players? Of course. I’d even say that in EU most 1460+ players are RMTers and not actual whales.
I’m 1430 myself and I only bought 1500 arkpass. 3 alts at 1340, made them when I got to 1400. It’s not easy, but it’s definitely possible.
If these pictures with Chinese are from NA region, I believe a more stringent IP BAN is needed.
BTW, where did you get these images?
This guy has bots running endless chaos 24/7 nothing u can do about it
Since the wendor is “tradable” and should not be tradable
This is fucking disgusting, how in the world is this not detectable as not even remotely close to human. This shits not sellable either so these are likely ppl boosting their actual accounts which shows how little fear they have of losing their account, WOW
Except there is a point long before 99 that normal players cannot hit. That should be the limit. 99/99 is a number just asking to be abused by bots or scripts.
I really don’t understand the mentality of some of the people on this forum. Someone can love a game, and still have totally valid complaints about how a system is implemented or being exploited in the game. I would even argue that people will be far more vocal and frustrated about issues in a game they love.
As for the Chaos dungeon issue. I have no doubt in my mind that the developers just threw 99 in there as a limit thinking no one would ever reach that limit anyway because of the massive price increase… And if we are talking about humans… they were probably correct. I honestly think they could take this down to a limit of 5 or 10/week for those materials without it really impacting many real players, because most real players would realize that in the long run an alt would likely be more efficient at gold generation. The 99 limit only really benefits bots and should be reduced, and/or the materials should not be tradeable.
Having these bot friendly systems in the game greatly effects everyone’s gold generation because it devalues your time massively.
I have 2 guildmates running infinite chaos but I am not kicking them out because I want to see how long will AGS/Smilegate do something about it.
I have been reporting them everyday for almost 3 weeks, and I have also submitted ticket twice to report them but they are still alive.
This is absolute disgusting because AGS/Smilegate cannot detect any of the cheat simply because cheat devs are just better than them. A Fxxx multibillion company…? Shouldn’t this be ashamed of?
Not really, the average player does not go through all this hassle. You overestimate what a “cheater” consists of. Its not some mastermind hacker that runs 5 VMs at the same time and maximizes profit, they just buy this cool looking script (which is already a huge leap, cause of fear of being banned) and thats it.
But yes, players that run the script get a massive advantage. Like you know, some whale who dumps a lotta gold and whatnot. The simplest solution would be to make these mats untradeable.
Yes you won’t hinder “personal use” farmers, but that at least gets some bots out of the way.
Yup, we are very aware. Bots/cheating is a very highly visible issue – it’s of course not fair, and an instant permaban to those who are participating. The fight against these kinds of botters and tools is ongoing.
should I report ingame suspected players of RMT? If yes, what option should I be using.
autohotkey bots. basically it doesn’t rely on reading the client, but on colors (yeah it reads the damn pixels on your screen). virtually undetectable.
edit: tried to delete my own post because I don’t want to advertise it but you can see it in the edit history lmao oh wells.
The T3 Chaos Dungeon drops materials to exchange Legendary Accessories for now, and it was also the same materials that can exchange Relic Accessories,
And those BOTS have tones of them, and will be able to exchange them with Valtan Patch
And they will sell those Relic Accessories to the market and take advantages.
Please at least, change the exchanging materials for upcoming RELIC ACCESSORIES!
And it’s free to walk away and play another game. Would take less time to find than the amount you invest in crying on forums about free content not being up to your standards. Go find a game with a monthly sub then you’ll have some ground to be a whiney child complaining about how unfair things are. Just make sure you watch where you land before throwing your temper tantrum. Lots of bad stuff on the floors now a days.
You can buy it with in game gold.
Rerunning chaos dungeons are tedious and most players wouldn’t bother with it.
I have seen a video where botters would have hundreds of accounts running simultaneously on multiple PCs, almost looks like a crypto farm.
Maxing out the chaos dungeon mats for the week can still fetch a couple thousand gold, spread across hundreds of accounts can net the botters a good chunk of change.
Players who grind the dungeons most likely need just a couple more mats to upgrade. Selling the mats would be a waste in terms of time, so I don’t understand why the game couldn’t just make all the mats binding, or tradable between characters only.
Yes, although this may be considered a small portion of their profits, money is money to the botters by the end of the day, and by making these mats tradable and then sell for gold, they can probably expect to make at least a couple hundred or even thousand of dollars just from selling mats from the chaos vendor alone.
Think it would be best to make all the mats in the chaos shop untradable or at the very most, tradable between characters, this way this is one less method the botters can profit on.
I don’t care any less about botter or whales who try to reach endgame, but when they start selling and fluctuating the market, that’s when it really becomes a pain. Crystal to gold was about 300g a month ago, now it is 700g. It affects the overall player experience.
There was some streamer literally recording himself botting and he’s not banned. What you’re saying is obviously untrue. Can you answer “how much money do players need to spend to be untouchable”? So we know what we need to start botting.
