i know that AGS has stated that they take scamming very seriously, but i am not sure how map scamming falls on their list, as it may be tricky for them to determine the legitimacy of the accusations.
on that note, if someone leaves party and disconnects without talking in chat, is there any other way you can submit a report on them?
Can you prove it was a scam and not just an internet drop?
I read they’ve implemented a system to prevent this in KR, wonder why they would leave wiggle room for scammers in the western release. It seems like a really bad oversight, considering most other things have in-game systems to keep it clean.

well, i did have 1 guy who blatantly said he was going to leave without sharing map and did proceed to do so
I always ask them to show map in chat, or ask in area for more people to see.
So I can hitup mates or people to report in case of scam.
When they refuse or won’t write in party/area/normal at all I just leave if it’s too sketchy.
I got scammed twice right before I hit t3. Hit like a truck lol
But I’ve ran probably like 30maps and it happened only those 2 times. Most people are chill about it
Some players complain that they got perma ban for it, so lets assume its bannable.
Ask for they to talk in chat or whisper to you before paying should work.
They should just make a system like the cube where map rewards are stored in a chest and the chest gets delivered only when all map bosses have been killed. If someone leaves or aint sharing a map he gets nothing.
Any scam involving gold is a bannable offense. Its the first option when you hit report.
there is a list of scammer going around in discord and those people are still there scamming t2 gold map since 3 week ago
All the people I know scammed maps are still playing, and scamming.

can we get an answer on this guy name gweniviere been scamming for 1 month is still there scamming is your team doing nothing about this type of people? when in KR they are ban very swiftly

Either they should remove the “report scamming” option ingame, or better, implement prevent system same as with KR region.
