We call those Deal packs. Gotta wait for the any card 20 packs, cuz they CHEAP, and the legendary-rare x2s, as they are cheap. 
i still cant believe this are intented prices. ;D
I believe only pack worth buying is the 20 pack, though the 2 rare pack isn’t horrible.
AGS took a page from the GPU scalpers book, overprice it by double till everyone gets use to it and thinks its average priced…
Shhh no one will ever compare or look at the prices on other regions…
