It has been 5 hours since I was unable to login into my character. Every time I try to start game from the character selection screen, I get an error saying “cannot connect to the game”

Game shut down while I was in Chaos Gate Sign (quest from Beatrice) at least 8 hours ago. Alts are fine, Sahun cannot connect. Shows as still logged in. If you are moving folks then put me on the bus to Prideholm as well.
