Was playing pvp, won the match, then stuck in loading screen for a while, then my game crashes.
I then try to relaunch the game and its telling me i have a duplicate login error?
This happened 3 times within the last 24 hours… sad
Is anyone else having this problem?

Everyday since the update. I even thought I could wait out the 10 min timer and did only to be hit with the game encountered an error - Then next reload BAM 10 min timer.

I don’t get why it’s saying “Busy” when pretty much most of us were kicked out lmao… I think it’s just bots in there
I crash multiple times a day frequently. I know the problem isn’t on my end, though. I know this because some days I can do dozens of instances, etc. and never crash. Other days, especially when the servers are busy, I can crash dozens of times while playing all my characters. It seems like either they are live-beta testing the game on the backend or just that the quantity of players or players doing certain things at certain times makes the server unstable enough to crash during loading in/loading out, or final reward screens. I also crash frequently when dead and revived at end for rewards. I get fucked out of rewards, but they won’t refund. It’s happened to me more times than I can count.
same here I was in abyssal raid and kick me out and now I cant connect to the game
Booted and can’t connect again either, sucks because I only have a little time to play each day 
and still can’t get a response about this … sad
Damn, that sucks, yeah i made another topic about that too and they wont compensate the rewards unless its when your converting gold or crystals etc.
But my friend got compensated and got the abyss ticket back to redo it since the game crashed, so maybe try reaching out to them for that?
I also just made a topic about this, it really sucks.
Hard to play, you lose daily events (e.g. in mid of Chaos Dung), and they decide to do random restarts to resolve issues.

1st – at server selection → an error has occured. exiting game → auto closes game
2nd – restart the game → immediate pop-up "duplicate login detected “for security reasons, repeated duplicate login attemps may result in account access being restricted” → auto closes game
