Our server went from no queues to a 10k queue on a Monday night. It has been steadily climbing for a couple weeks now. I don’t know why a company like Amazon needs to be told that you can’t ban bots in the traditional fashion for a F2P game.
You need to issue hardware bans or require 2FA. If you’re not willing to fight the problem then you may as well take Mari down indefinitely. It’s all bots anyway
I doubt it when matchmaking guardian and other dungeons is instant, heck even the 8man abyss is instant, and it’s all day long no matter what time of day. That means a lot of people are playing the game lol
Other mmorpg queuing for dungeons takes a long time because the population isn’t as big.
There are a ton of players for sure, but I have been playing various MMOs for nearly 2 decades and I have never seen a population go from 5k queue > no queue > 10k queue. Mari would still be active without the bots, but we can be active without a massive queue. AGS just needs to do something

……you do realize an entire continent has no server and uses west for it? And that entire regions prime time is exactly when that big queue starts? It’s almost like a correlation is happening.
There’s no queue until 5pm til 12am. Because it’s TWO whole continents not country, CONTINENT prime time at once….and I’m only counting Australians and Americans/Canadians, Malayasians are also connecting from the same OCE region to the west servers.
Tldr ; 10k queue makes sense at the time because it’s prime time for 300+ mil people.
