RMTers got everything they need for the long term, lv10 gems, 12 node engravings, high level alts, basically robbery.
It’s not like AGS/SG gonna do anything about that, so i’m not gonna even bothered. It’s like a dude bought undetectable fake money and use it to buy land, real-estate while you are saving penies to pay rent.
The game was already p2w whether people rmt or not. Higher ilvl and better gear does not really mean much at all compared to other games because in lost ark, you can pretty much buy 99 percent of the stuff you need for min maxing.
What rmt did was just make our time and effort more worthless by making gold even cheaper. It was still pretty cheap before the rmt.
So it is ok to cheat to progress quicker because it’s meaningless anyway. Just grind for months for worthless gold and do content at ilvl. So it doesn’t matter because gold will eventually worthless, it worthless now because of cheaters doesn’t matter, sooner or later it will be worthless.
Either you are an illegal rmter or you inhale too much copium my friend.

Game is just p2w. Whether people rmt or buy royal crystal, they will always progress at significantly faster rate than f2ps like my cheap ass.
I only buy skins and arkpass. I spent most of my money doing reskin on my main guy at least 10 times. I figured I will never spend the kind of money needed to progress like the whales. I know people around me have spent thousands of dollars at the least and acknowledge that I will never catch up. And that is ok.
At least I am doing it for free and I can still participate in the latest raid.
But if you are looking to be one of the “best” players in the game, you are in a wrong game dude. This is a p2w game where money and luck trumps any effort. You are the one on copium if you thought rmt was the problem. Nah, the entire game’s monetization model is the problem. Rmt just makes things worse by raising the crystal price and server queues for people.
But the problem just came with how the game was designed when they decided to allow players to buy gold from the in game shop.
No one said anything about being the best. This entire thread is about the economy.

They are different from my point of view, ones are cheaters, ones play by the rules (dirty rules but rules nonetheless).
These cheaters also fuck over other players, f2p-ers, dolphines, mini whales. At least legit whales support the game with their money. If you didn’t see this, don’t blame me for sus you on illegal rmting.
I would def agree with you if this game had no p2w element, but when you can buy progression using real money in the game shop,i just can’t care less who buys from where anymore.

Btw, i worked so hard to get double leg engravings and vykas ready main without spending money on honing mats (not f2p coz arkpass + i buy every skin) but people that spend money just progress at way faster rate that it is impossible to catch up. I lost interest and don’t really grind anymore. I will probably quit playing if vykas isn’t fun
New players maxing grudge kek. NA prices are inflated,sure, but it will take weeks for anyone on any server to farm towards high value items.
Legendary engraving prices are slowly growing down and they will go down more if thronespire has tradable ones

Kinda hard to think anyone would see these the same because if you play the game the legit way you will see skins price, gem price, engraving price, accessories price, stone price, blue crystal price all out of whack.
you are not angry about your grinded gold should have worth more than it have been. After ban wave, prices across market drop dramatically, and it is rising again correlate to bots increasing again.
May i ask what your roster ilvl? Maybe you are new player and i misjudged you.
Roster level? I don’t know. I think i am very close to getting the garden background. I have 14 characters and 9 of them are in t3 with 7 of them in 1370.
I work from home so i have a lot of time but I have been playing less and less.
I have every mokoko prior to south vern. Kinda stopped doing mokoko too. I understand where you are coming from. If you check my post history, i used to complain about rmters a lot.
But now, i just don’t care anymore. I see legit players that also spent 10k+ usd and they have just as good if not better gears and engravings. I started realizing that it doesn’t matter in a sense that whether some people choose to rmt or not, my achievement and progress still won’t mean much because it will be nowhere close to what whales have. My time doesn’t feel valued at all when you can place a price tag on everything in the game.
You sound angered, i mean i don’t blame you, i anger too, but i don’t care anymore and you seem don’t care too, i’m waiting for another game, will quit LA in few months.
LA isn’t for me, too heavy p2w for my taste, mismanaged by AGS, cheaters, bots, toxicity, just too much.

see this is what you do, you farm any activity that rewards legendary engravings and then you sell then for a boatload of money, sure rmt causes inflation but it also increases the demand if you have the supply you can make a lot of gold ( I myself sold a legendary Precision Dagger, Keenblunt, and Cursed Doll before I left the game and made a pretty decent profit), an Intelligent person figures out how he may benefit from a situation instead of complaining about it.
You cant fix a market by printing free gold. Sure, legendary engravings might be more accessible, but then players will have extra gold so prices for everything else will skyrocket. If they did that you’ll be back here in a week demanding free accessories to fix the damage the caused to the economy caused giving away billions of free gold worth of engraving books.
they actually do that, but only when they see the honing system
