Market took gold but did not give item

I just spent 1700G on Great Honor Leapstones. The market took my gold but did not give me the items. I got the red notification saying, “There are either no items listed within your price range or none listed at all. Please check again later.”

I want my gold back since I did not get my items. Any help?

I’m so sorry that the market took you gold and didn’t give you the item.

Please can you try to verify the integrity of the game files with steam to and once is done log in again in you character to confirm if the gold still there.

If the gold is really gone, please contact our support via e-mail to help you with this issue and create a ticket to the devs team.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
