you do get 20 minutes penalty if you decline twice in 20 minutes i believe

No,I havent moved on ,I want to play pvp ,I like the pvp in lost ark but I would like to play ranked .Which is not posible with these failing matchmaking problem.Dont give up !There must be something they can do ,c’mon ppl dont desapoint !We need your help ,try reach out to us with a fix ,an advice ,something !!!Thanks!

Excuse me for bothering you but did you tried to pvp on another server, just to see is the problem in the server or client
If its a client problem there might be a solution which does not involve ags/sg , also do you het penalty when match failed message appears.
If you wish contact me in discord and i would try to help with few tests and possible workarounds depending on the problem.

I used to play on EUW had no issues,played here also with no issues untill 2 weeks ago when this problem started.I entered normal matches now ,unranked and could enter without failing matchmaking,instantly.After the normal arenas qued again on competitive and enter a match with no issues.So it looks like I have to play at least one match of the nontmal non competitive ones to allow me to que competitive?
I will try today with the newly discovered trick if still issues ,I will contact you on discord.
I dont think its an issue on my end ,I still believe it must be a bug or something as such.

The ticket was escalated… and 3 weeks later… still NOTHING! Sad to lose players this way, but some like to pvp and if they cant… its time to swap games!
Matchmaking failures are due to 2 reasons:
- PvP needs were not thought out during development at all, PvE being the priority
- 95% of players susbscribing to matchmaking don’t understand that they are the ones causing the failures using teleports
Of course, you understand that there will never be an official announcement regarding a fix, also because I really doubt that developers fix this everywhere in the code, unless they coded it properly
Anyway, if the game was not a desert then we wouldn’t have this problem as nobody would have to wait thus not having to take a teleport because we are bored staying idle waiting for a match.
I can see how ur point about players teleporting could be a cause of this but at least in my experience these queue fails are restricted to ranked pvp queue only, never get the bug queuing unranked.

I already said it, 4 cats are going to stay playing in rankeds, db, palas, sorceresses, artillerist and gunslingers.
I play rankeds to raise the class level, since machmaking and balance is a joke between teams, I gave up last week, because when someone is really competitive, it does not depend on luck if they get a good team or better than the rival team or depending on whether my class is better or worse than the others, a competitive person depends on himself, that’s why the rankeds in this game are a real failure
a few days ago 2 users started flaming me saying that this was not going to happen and that it is an l2p problem, well then they are calling most of the community idiots, what a coincidence that in other games that although it is true the approach is full pvp and does not have pve content have more players than lost ark that has a lot more content and that many defenders say that it is one of the best pvp, Luckily he is one of the best since today he doesn’t even play Petter, imagine if the rankeds were bad xD
I’m very sorry to say this but the quality of a team pvp is directly related to a balanced matchup otherwise, it sucks, no matter how “very good” the combat mechanics are
it bug even more in unranked tho , at last on EUW.
So wierd haha, it works fine for me in unranked but as soon as i try to queue ranked its a continual queue fail except for the odd attempt will actually be successful.
