Burning one of my bumps to also state that WE get the 20 min penalty for the failure… AND the 20mins does not even count down when you log out… Ridiculous.

Is this seriously going to go unaddressed? Sad to run off a part of the player base like this…

Well the que “pops” to be fair… and I think I “find” a match plenty quickly… I accept and then is when it kicks me to the error message and 20 min penalty.
I don’t even mind the odd match ups of too little or too many "support roles.
But I guess I give up… PVP was the main fun I WAS having and now its been effectively taken out of the game for many of us. The PVE stuff alone is not fun enough to keep playing

I appreciate the advise, but it has been posted all over the forums by several of us with radio silence… I think its perfectly acceptable for this to be posted in the Arena section as well.

Bad matchmaking system → Bad experience for players → More players stop playing ranked → Longer queues + Worse matchmaking system
Just wait for the end of the PVP season, they said.

Thank you for posting… I think most of us have moved on… PVP has been disabled for many of us… I will keep coming back to bump threads as I see they get responded to.

Do you get get punished for declining? If its like gw2 and u dont than players can q ranked at same time while on headset and if the queue pops at a different time they decline. Players do this to be able to team up in non team q pvp matches or tpatch manipulate to throw games for a friend if they end up on opposite teams.
you do get 20 minutes penalty if you decline twice in 20 minutes i believe

No,I havent moved on ,I want to play pvp ,I like the pvp in lost ark but I would like to play ranked .Which is not posible with these failing matchmaking problem.Dont give up !There must be something they can do ,c’mon ppl dont desapoint !We need your help ,try reach out to us with a fix ,an advice ,something !!!Thanks!

Excuse me for bothering you but did you tried to pvp on another server, just to see is the problem in the server or client
If its a client problem there might be a solution which does not involve ags/sg , also do you het penalty when match failed message appears.
If you wish contact me in discord and i would try to help with few tests and possible workarounds depending on the problem.
