I cannot reliably queue for ranked PVP. Matchmaking fails over and over and over again. Then if you cancel matchmaking and actually move anywhere or switch characters, you receive a penalty! It’s a major issue that alot of us are dealing with and we cannot get any help. When you contact support, they suggest we come here for help.
It’s been 19 days since I posted in support. I continue to update my post with more and more evidence that this is happening. But nobody responds. There is no help to get. This is crazy

Anytime I do a ticket its just an auto message. Hopefully they fix it soon… fking month lol
