yes please address this issue. Its been almost a week now on a daily occurrence.
Can confirm this happens around 11am/12pm every day for KADAN server too.

If they noticed or care about the number of threads explaining exactly why people wonât move out, maybe that would work - but they donât.

Not only matchmaking, even co-op quests donât start. Lullaby island co-op quest never appeared in EU 5 mins ago. Why is AGS not communicating about this ? This is unbearable ! @Roxx @Seawolf
Same issue on Trixion and Beatrice. I experienced it while trying to enter several leveling dungeons with friends the past few days.

You do know, that being an a-hole yourself doesnât make you or the people working on the issue, work faster or gain more.
Issues as described happens on Mokoko server as well. (Europe Central)
I second this, Zinnervale EU. Iâm full rested now on guardian raids and just canât play any to use up my rested. Will we be compensated for lost mats!?

Seems when they pushed the player numbers up to lower the Q it broke all the group content 
Why is there no respons on this issue?
I have had this problem the last 3 or 4 days, would be nice with a âWe are working on a fixâ or âWe are currently investigating the problemâ.
The silence from the devs just get people more angry and impatient. I saw an article where Disguised Toast talked about the hype around Lost Ark being a fluke and going to disappear as quickly as it came.

3H Queues every evening since 7 days now and when you are in, you cant even tag raids or abyss dungeons because matchmaking is fucked up.

Group content is trully impossible. Me and my bf are trying to wake up early in order to play together because from 11 am till midnight itâs impossible. This is really sad and frustrating.
But whatâs the solution for it?
I have been trying to think and we have endless discussions with my friends and we all end up saying : . Smilegate working on their infrastructure is the only real solution right now. Thereâs simply too many people on EUC for the game to handleS. There are too many people on EUC for the game to handle. You either get worse matchmaking and better queues. Or worse queues and better matchmaking But Amazon cant do anything alone. They need to work with smilegate. There is no point giving extra capacity ( havings qs anyways) and the game is trully unplayable.

thats not true the population in EU playing the game is not that high,
There were two problems.
First why they started with so little servers as a count is something I totally dont understand, after all they saw the FOUNDER edition numbers.
The second problem is they just break stuff, this was totally working in the first days after release, in fact it was working fine 3 days ago. But it is not anymore.
The main issue is they release HOTFIXes that might fix something but breaks everything, they broke the EU central servers so even the queue was not working, they broke the matchmaking, they basically break everything this basically means that Amazon is to blame, since probably they hired a bunch of âhighly educated and very performant individualsâ that just stay in meetings and not doing shit.
Also they care a lot less for EU than NA since a lot less gaming review websites or anything is only EU based otherwise the game would have 2/10 TOTALLY UNPLAYABLE.
If Eurogamer had a review it would be something like that.
ALso its a weekend and they dont give a f*ck they dont care about prime time they only work 9-17 and thats it.
