is this a joke? I chatted with Lost Ark Support on Amazon’s support site 3 hours ago with concerns about matchmaking delays and they informed me your engineers were looking into the issue already. How is this only being looked into now?

NA East - Avesta, cant do anything where you can enter a dungeon. Chaos gates, Guardian raids, etc. You cannot enter.
can we get about 20k destructions stones for the inconvenience. would love to be able to play the new raid but stones are a real problem
To be honest, they don’t know anything from bans to ongoing bugs. They’ll say what you want to hear and let it rest. Until players complain about it on the forum, it will not be escalated.

Queues started slow with 30-45 seconds delay, but cant even solo queue for chaos now.
Our server just got a notification that there will be a 2 hour maintenance period happening right now (NAE-ELZOWIN)
Maybe think about doing something about the bots and the RMT’ers this time? Maybe?

Please Lock NAE Servers. There is no reason to have them unlocked when we are being 100% attacked.
110 Channels on Avesta; we never have this much. They are attacking in force and every channel is either full or full of bots at the Portal.
“It will hurt new players” It already is hurting new players. Your soft stances of not permanently banning RMT has backfired; your other stances that you think that is healthy for the game is also upsetting the player base such as gold taken away from rapport or stronghold. Please, I beg you as someone that WANTS Lost Ark to succeed, start making the hard rough decisions; players WILL respect you for them.

Permaban RMT players of ANY quanitity as those are 100% the culprits taht are causing this
Consider your other actions like Class Cadence and how you are negatively hurting this game.

NA East - Azena. Around 1:00PM CST I was able to get into chaos dungeons after a 2+ min delay. Currently (3PM CST) can’t get in any. Also, N Vern has 125 channels and bots are stacked on chaos dungeons, etc…
Should probably do something about queue times as well so people can actually play the game first?
If only they actually cared, but they’re more worried about “new players” aka baby bots lmao

We have a couple options here. We know they “hear our feedback” what we dont know is if they “act on feedback” similar to class cadence.
So we can Voice our concerns - The best way to do that is not only post our concerns but provide viable solutions that show we are thinking logically; attempt to persuade them with things that can benefit them
Stop playing - The only other way to show we are upset is to stop playing the game. Honestly this is a last resort, but nothing is truer than this. Many did that with New World and it caused such a ripple effect it killed what was a beloved game. Smilegate couldnt ignore this if this happened due to the serious issues
Ignore - This is the worst solution; not being vocal about these situations is not the same as supporting the bots, but it is not great for the game itself as it doesn’t help their data.
It’s not just matchmaking that’s broken, solo events as well… we cannot enter dungeons, cube, boss rush, tower or any raids (NAE Elzowin)

maybe thats too hard for the devs to implement since they are pretty incompetent
As long as RMTers keep buying gold, they’ll keep feeding botters and encourage them to evolve (speedhack modified for PvE and even more PCs to create more bots). I hope AGS eforce something new for once.

Captchas arent the end all be all for bots; What does work and has proven to work is Authenticators, either 2step Authenticator, or the Randomized Number patterns used by NCSoft games. It is better at deterring and less frustrating for players. But no system like that is perfect; 2 Step Authent might be the next step, however.
