Hi,
The Matchmaking of Guardian Raid (in both Vern and Rothun) is not working, even my character meets the requirements already. And I can use Matchmaking for Chaos Dungeons and Abyss Dungeon.
Please help me solve this issue.
Server Name: Enviska (NA West)
Character Name: Benedette
Check the pictures for more details:
1: It shows “CAN ENTER”, the character meets the requirements for the quest, level, gear, etc.
2: After I click the button it shows an error and “quest”
3: But I have finished the relative quest, can not see the Guardian Raid quest in the journal.
By the way, I have two more alts, they can all use Matchmaking in Vern normally, so I am sure this should be a bug but not some quests forgetting issue.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for the inconvenience you are having with the Matchmaking of Guardian Raid,
I understand that you already meet the requirements on both characters and your other 2 are working with no problem, but just to confirm, have you completed the quest Guardian Raid Qualifications? If you have, let’s try this:
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files on Steam
- Open Lost Ark.
- Try to enter the matchmaking
This process is really simple, is just to make sure there are no corrupted files that may be affecting your game and causing this bug. If after doing this the issue persist, please let me know to continue working on it.

Thank you. The problem was fixed after the last maintainment. I received the Guardian Raid quest again and did it one more time. Matchmaking of Guardian Raid can function normally for this character in Vern now.
