Maybe it's time to contact VISA

I’m not sure about you guys, but both my fiancé and I resubbed for Crystal Aura as well as a number of other things from the in game store when the new content was released. Being casual (1-2 hours per day) players we have not been able to play now for the last 1-2 weeks due to bots/queues, but his has been a problem for months. AGS/SG has used bots to inflate their numbers and try to draw in new players without any meaningful solutions since launch. Now it’s backfired. Paying customers are not able to play the game any longer. Bots are great for inflated numbers as AGS/SG seem to have enjoyed for some time but they let it go to far. It is unplayable and I feel scammed having paid for services that aren’t being provided. Prioritize real players/paying customers over bots and RMT players. At the very least say something. The silence on the matter is resounding. Perhaps a mass reverse charge through VISA would get a reply.

I think if you chargeback steam will ban your account.

Then Steam needs to be involved. Refund every purchase eligible. Dispute charges. File help tickets with Amazon support. They haven’t cared for months and are only now because the noise is finally loud enough.

I am not condemning this for any reason, please do what is right for you, but I do want to let you know if you chargeback a transaction you do run the risk of getting your wider Steam account banned as that is usually Valve’s path forward when it comes to chargebacks on the platform.

Hey Roxx, given the state of players being upset with Lost Ark atm, could AGS allow players to pause their crystalline auras until people feel like issues have been resolved and etc?

The thing is if the botting/queue situation really gets out of hands, Steam might actually allow a refund. It’s not unheard-of.

Please request a chargeback and get banned.

These complaints are taking over. Crystalline aura is cheap af yet there are people wanting chargebacks.

If I d be ags I would be highly pissed by such complaints like this or compensation for a server restart

If you pay for sh*t and get nothing in return, it’s a scam. He has every right to get his money back. One cent or a million dollars, doesn’t matter.

Conveniently, that also comes with a steam account ban. So he has to decide if it is worth it or not.

Yeah because people spent their money on an aura that ticks down with days and can’t play for days/weeks ofc they want their money back???

Thankfully they dont give us 3 days of aura for 1 hour of server maintenance

Ya I lost a t3 tier 5 gem on fusing yesterday because the lag was so intense, I know customer support doesnt exist so I put it out of my mind but the 2 aura elixirs were nice, certainly covers my loss.

Costumers keep loosing their crystal auras because of qeues, meanwhile banned RMTers come back with rested bonus.

How many people can’t play for many hours/weeks ? Probably just some on affected servers. And most of them just wait in the queue till they can login. In all the remaining server people don’t have problems with queues.

I see just people complaining all the time since weeks and months, yet they are still addicted to the game and play them 24/7.

If i am so disappointed like most of you complain in a real life scenario I would just leave and stop being frustrated. But how are you still keep playing this game??

Probably it’s the best way for you to request a chargeback and get banned , then you can move on from the addiction and enjoy other games or life :x

I just tried to log in and play for an hour and could not because of the long que. Now I gotta go to work.
