Can not get to Medrick Monastery, I have 2 characters stuck between Luttera Castle and Medrick Monastery loading screen. East US server Katra. Any sujestion how to get unstuck?

Thanks again I have 2 more characters stuck in load out screens. Regulus Thybarius and Kharmine Torneer. Is it the game or did I do something wrong?
