i dont understand how you guys AGS and Smilegate released Argos without any single problem to milk the whale but now it is that tough to release anything ?

But how come you are so extremely terrible at communicating if you are still learning??? Why wont you just be transparent and let the players in instead of raising hope and manage the game completely sporadically…
This was going to be the date announcement, which would have also made it clear the patch was not this week, and the timeframe is what slipped – when this wasn’t able to go out, it caused confusion.

do you guys plan on releasing it the 21? or you are going to do the same thing and wait till 1 day before the update hits in order to tell us is going to be on the 28th?

Then TELL US. Tell us whats happening, tell us theres been snags in development. People just want communication. it doesnt matter if its bad or good, we just want to be kept in the loop.

Why did you hide from us the fact that the update was never meant to come this week? You could’ve easily confirmed there that the patch isn’t coming on the 14th. Yet you didn’t. Why?

Every Thursday is going to drum up excitement when customers have no idea when patches are coming. Specificity will resolve these broad expectations. Specificity is on AGS and SG to have things done before the last minute. That is not a customer problem, that is a company problem.

Hello Roxx, I know this isn’t any of your fault as you’re just a CM and as our CM I want to tell you that you are doing a great job. I believe that with what information you have and with how the troll / toxic these forums can get that it’s a difficult job as gamers are never satisfied. I have been a defender of this game and I will continue to be as I enjoy the game immensely. Even though the communication for majority of the time has been great I feel for such major content patches such as Glaiver (a.k.a Lance Master) and South Vern always has communication fall through the cracks. Anger would be dissipated if we just got a “There’s a chance it won’t be out this week.” type of comment a few days before a monthly maintenance to help curb expectations and bring them back to reality. You’re really really doing a great job and I am glad you’re our CM.

What’s happening to the events? Are they running out tomorrow? Also, no news on any skins being added after Omen set is being removed tomorrow? On top of that, does this mean we can expect Valtan towards the end of next month, if so that is a long time of no content, even my casual friends pushing Argos within the next few days will have done the same content for 1 month before Valtan and I personally have been doing it for 2 months?
Again, this is not ideal. A majority of the playerbase thought it was gonna go live tomorrow because no one said otherwise. If you knew for a certain that the patch won’t go live, why not say so earlier? Then release the date today, or as it is currently, tell us you are unable to. How hard is it to just tell us earlier that it won’t be at this week’s patch? That is literally all you had to do. I hope AGS keeps note of this and argos and really improves because this can’t get much worse communication-wise.
So what is the excuse for not releasing skins ?

I’m the same, i log in to do dailies and then go play something more engaging. I’m out of gold and silver and there’s no way to reliably get either apart from doing brain numbing lopang or farming chaos dungeons over and over.
Just gear transferring my old dungeon set to 1370 argos set cost me all my silver 
I now can’t even afford to click an ability stone to max.
