AGS need to hire at least 1 professional.
What a joke of company… on the project i’m working on, we had a shutdown for 3 minutes and client wanted to sue us for more than 100.000€.

server is fine… no lags… 0ms ping… like no ping at all!

I had close to 70 seconds lag before it all crashed. There was also some other grade A bullcrap, such as entering a ghost ship in a party of 4 and getting shunted into my own private instance with the boss, with nobody else there. And it burned up the weekly ghost ship quota.
And coincidentally, the crash is about the time when most of Europe comes online for the game (6 PM Greenwich time)
i think they “fixed the big issues” with some glue and tape probably xD
I was doing Oreha abyss dungeon when server crashed , We had just started , Am i going to lose my weekly entry ticket ?

I mean it started with party content crashing (guardian raids/abyss/etc.)
So I guess it’s true where there’s some there’s fire…in the server room

Nah you should be good. All those that were in a chaos dungeon are screwed tho.
