Hello there,
While adventuring through East Luneterra, specifically through the “Festival of Mayhem”, I sadly missed some important dialogues in one of the cut scenes (I’ve been loving the story, great job!). And I couldn’t go to the Memory Chamber in order to use the Memory Tome to rewatch the cutscene I missed, due to the location of the “Festival of Mayhem” (screenshot).
I don’t know if there’s a reason for not having access to it in some places, but I would be highly appreciative if we could enter the Memory Chamber anywhere, because I felt “robbed” (even though it was my own fault 
) of an important moment in the story line by not being able to use an awesome tool such as the Memory Tome to rewatch the cutscene before continuing.
As I said, I don’t know if there’s a specific reason for it to be locked at some places, but my suggestion is to be able to reach the Memory Tome at any moment to recap if you’ve just lost a cutscene in a moment of great suspense
