The cutscene in the dining room where you see the sailors getting murdered by shadows indicates that it’s the “first time” you’ve watched the cutscene every time, no matter how many times you go through that island. If it’s not meant to be skippable, fine, but change the message.
That said, the quest is annoying enough, please let us skip that cutscene. The dining room is hard to get through and a frequent source of deaths, so watching this is just painful.
