I’m going through the forums and I’m starting to see an uptick in players not receiving a refunded raid ticket for this raid when kicked out. We have an automated system that while has worked in the past, seems to have something against clowns…
If you have NOT received your refund ticket please respond with your player name, server and how long ago you were kicked and still with no ticket. This will help us gather information and see where we can find the disconnect. Thank you so much and apologies for this headache!

Timeframe: lost entry after Wednesday’s emergency maintenance (over 4 days ago).
Our static got locked out from gate2 Kakul-saydon raid. It was on the night which emergency maintenance happen. It has been more than 3-4 day and we haven’t received any ticket.
Players from our static are all from NAE - Server: Una
Timeframe: Day 1 clown maintenance to fix aura (Wednesday, 28th September. Aprox 5pm est). Booted my team out of game during the fight in gate 2. Still no ticket to this day (Oct 3rd).

Got disconnected during Wednesday emergency maintenance to fix the Aura of Resonance. Receiving a ticket now may be too late for some of us, would it be possible to receive 2 entry tickets after reset, so we are not a week behind on clown raid materials?
